We offer free and confidential pregnancy testing, administered at one of Loving Choices centers. Our urine tests are highly accurate. In fact, they have a 98.9% accuracy rate and are the type used by doctors offices.

Medical Clinic with Ultrasound Imaging
In an attempt to better serve the needs of women in our community, Loving Choices has expanded our services to include a medical clinic with ultrasound technology. We offer limited obstetrical ultrasound imaging with our state-of-the-art equipment. We also offer you prenatal training and physician referrals.
